We deal with puddles in the corner of our garage by the door, and if you live in Minnesota it can be a real puddle after a heavy snowfall. They were just shots in the dark, but they saved lives until we figured out how to re-angle them. We used one on each side at an angle to keep the water out and rolled two more into the corner on the worst side. The absorbed snow melted, froze into a nice barrier, and then thawed again as it got warmer. No puddles. And this spring we will wash and dry them for next year's use. We have a big box of these, but we're very glad we have a lot of backups.
