Poor quality no assembly instructions
For the price I should have expected it to be junk from China I had to figure out how to assemble it from the picture as no information is included. But the worst part was that the grip on the lag screw got stuck on the other part of the phone holder and was very difficult to tighten. Tightened to the limit, the phone holder didn't hold and kept falling forward. I ended up having to tape this damn thing to the steering wheel!
