It was easy to install and so far the phone has held up the phone even on bumpy roads. The only thing that's a bit awkward is that the stretchy straps that hold the phone up and down, or the horizontal part that holds the phone, cover the buttons on my Samsung that I sometimes need to use. Therefore, perfect positioning is very important.

For the price I should have expected it to be junk from China I had to figure out how to assemble it from the picture as no information is included. But the worst part was that the grip on the lag screw got stuck on the other part of the phone holder and was very difficult to tighten. Tightened to the limit, the phone holder didn't hold and kept falling forward. I ended up having to tape this damn thing to the steering wheel!

The photos show the weak point of this product. To be fair, it did its job well for about 300 miles of cycling, although almost all of it was on flat roads and trails. I'm glad it broke on the bike path because I don't want this thing to break in the wrong place like on a busy road. My phone case saved the precious cargo from shattering, but then again, who knows what would happen if it broke on a busy street. In the future I will spend a little more or use a frame bag to store my phone because
