The photos show the weak point of this product. To be fair, it did its job well for about 300 miles of cycling, although almost all of it was on flat roads and trails. I'm glad it broke on the bike path because I don't want this thing to break in the wrong place like on a busy road. My phone case saved the precious cargo from shattering, but then again, who knows what would happen if it broke on a busy street. In the future I will spend a little more or use a frame bag to store my phone because the steering wheel is probably an insane attachment point with all the vibration and shock it absorbs.
