My remote arrived with a cracked screen and I had many problems connecting to Wi-Fi, but Tesvor customer service helped me with both. I first contacted Revain about the remote control as I didn't want to replace the whole vacuum. They told me to contact the manufacturer directly and the Tesvor was replaced a week after I contacted them. In terms of suction power, "go home to your bed” (find a charging station), as I tell my 5-year-old, who is completely fascinated by Blinky. "Robot cleaner, I noticed that when I put the station in a more open location it had no problem recognizing it, but when I put the station in a tighter/narrower space between the table and the wall, "Blinky had "more problems... found his bed and kept circling under the table and chairs. It's only been a few weeks since I bought it and started using it but it doesn't always soak up everything, but going back to where it was missed vinyl flooring, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, some low pile rugs and kitchen rugs.Blinly can't roll on the rugs as they are quite thick.I haven't used the mopping function yet but I will hope it works well because I was specifically looking for a vacuum and mop combo.
