Tesvor X500 Pro is great!

This is my first time using a tesvor x500 pro smart vacuum cleaner. I received it on Thursday last week and fell in love with it. The app has a map so it knows where to go and it always returns to the charging station by itself. You pay what you get. I wasn't expecting much from a $200 smart vacuum. Haven't tried it for mopping yet as there were no restrictive magnetic strips and I don't want my carpets to get wet. I only have tile in the kitchen and bathroom. And a wooden floor in the foyer…

Tesvor customer service helped with problems.

My remote arrived with a cracked screen and I had many problems connecting to Wi-Fi, but Tesvor customer service helped me with both. I first contacted Revain about the remote control as I didn't want to replace the whole vacuum. They told me to contact the manufacturer directly and the Tesvor was replaced a week after I contacted them. I don't expect perfection from a cleaning robot, so I don't mind that big messes and days of sticky stains on kitchen tiles are too much for this robot. Everything is fine, hangs 50/50 of the time, hard to find charging station

He sometimes crosses boundaries due to a lack of sensory input, and the angle at which he approaches boundaries allows him to skip or ignore boundaries.
