I don't expect perfection from a cleaning robot, so I don't mind that big messes and days of sticky stains on kitchen tiles are too much for this robot. But within, let's say, realistic expectations, I'm delighted. So to speak; I named him Lancelot because he's my knight in shining armor and my floors are cleaner than they've been since my daughter was born. Here are a few things that stand out to me: the nature of the phone. I have tried to integrate my Samsung Galaxy 9 with it over a dozen times. We have very fast internet but it never works. It's not a big deal to me as I can just press start and it takes off.* This pack does not include magnetic "boundary" strips. Specifically, if you're using the swipe function, you'll need it to block your kitchen (or you're about to build a wall out of a trash can and whatever you can find, like I did this week). * Vacuum is definitely a stronger feature. The wipe option is a welcome addition, but it's really more of a quick wipe that captures light, loose particles and very soft, non-sticky splatters. its charging port with ease. This is particularly impressive considering I tucked its port under a shelf so I fully expected to have to try a few places, but it consistently delivers. (See how much I like him? I started calling him "he".)* He needs regular cleaning. You can't just forget him. So if you walk with him every day (and have a dog), make sure to clean his little trap, check his wheels and spinners for hair that can slow him down, and pet him. Over the head. do yourself a favor If it's anywhere within your budget, especially as a mom of kids, get it. You don't have to name it, but you'll probably be tempted.
