Don't sell it if you're stupid enough to support it!

NVR was dead on arrival, I've been installing this brand for years but this is the first I've bought despite Revain. When switched on, the device beeps about every 10 seconds. No image can be displayed on my monitor. I called tech support but they still call it cam corder. This is a NETWORK VIDEO RECORDER! Translated twice and no one knows.
