The ability to create custom dashboards and view risks in many different ways. The amount of information that is available in real time. The ability to work across multiple accounts at one time. It can be difficult to navigate through the dashboard for new users. There are too many features and not enough help documentation. It's a great tool but it takes some getting used to. We use Silver Bullet for risk analysis for our insurance carriers. This helps us identify potential losses before they become problems.
