Silver Bullet Risk Review

We have used silver bullet risk as our insurance software for about 3 years now. It has been extremely easy to use even when you are not tech savy at all. There is always someone around that can help if needed, they make it very simple with great documentation too! My only dislike would be there isn't much out in market yet but we were able to get what we need from them without any issues. I like that it helps me track all my risks in one place as well as help set budgets for each risk category so i can see where we are spending money versus saving. It takes some getting used too but once you do this becomes very useful! The only downside is it's not really "social" if your looking at sharing with other employees/customers etc..
