Great Insurance Software For The Non Tech Savvy Individual

We have used silver bullet risk as our insurance software for about 3 years now. It has been extremely easy to use even when you are not tech savy at all. There is always someone around that can help if needed, they make it very simple with great documentation too! My only dislike would be there isn't much out in market yet but we were able to get what we need from them without any issues.
I highly recommend using this product until something else comes along because so far its perfect. Insuring my vehicles against theft/theft damage etc., tracking losses & claims quickly and easily, communicating with customers after an incident occurs - these things come standard within silverebbrisk's system.

Great support staff available 24 hours per day 7 days week (even weekends)
Very fast response times via email or phone call during normal business hrs.
The ability report claim statuses directly through your account page rather than going back into their portal every time makes life easier instead constantly having go over old reports each month
