I know people order things and return them just like you would try and return in a store, but when you're expecting to get something new it's disappointing to see signs of wear. 1st photo - bruises from walking. 2nd photo - not sure if it's dirt or where someone's kid ate Cheetos before putting them on. Returns aren't worth the hassle, but be aware you may not receive "brand new" shoes. Also, my son has a wide foot, so the straps are difficult to attach with velcro.
