This is something that should be replaced every 3 months or so

CHOKING HAZARD! My son is now 7 months old and loves this toy. However, this morning I found a mysterious little object on his playmat and wondered what it could be. It was probably a broken piece of silicone that came out of the teether! It is very dangerous to suffocate! Do you have to change it every 3 months or something? Wear. doesn't make any sense to me at all
