I can tell you how much I love this phone mount. I use it for Spotify, GPS and my music library. So far I've tried Galaxy s3, s2, Motorola M and Motorola Electrice/Photon. It fits all of these phones. Also with my S2 and extended battery. The S3 was the best and easiest to turn on with the center button on the front (like the home button on the iPhone). I don't know if I would have trusted him in the rain because when I went outside in the morning there was dew inside. Depending on the phone model, sometimes it's difficult to turn it on if you don't have home buttons like you have on S2 or Motorola phones. It was pretty easy for me to set this up. I'd say it took less than 5 minutes and it's solid. I have no problem entrusting a $500 phone to this mount.
