I have used similar products that were inferior to Teletrogie Suction Hooks. While other products require the hook or hub to be twisted to tighten and create suction, Teletrogy suction hooks use a simple push on the center of the hook and it locks into place. You don't have to press hard, everyone can easily regulate the suction power. I've tried removing the hook and reattaching it to the tile wall. I had no trouble removing and reattaching the hook.
