The ease of use, how much insight it gives me into my customer base through social listening. It's great to see what people are saying about our brands online or even in stores via social media sites like Google My Businesses (which we're using for this application) as well! You can also create custom reports with specific content areas that pull from different types of channels such as Social Media Pages, Product pages and blog articles etc. I do wish the dashboard was more user friendly than just having some tabs at top which is very simple compared to other platforms' dashboards - but there isn't anything else really wrong here either. This platform has been extremely helpful for us seeing trends across all channels and providing insights regarding those key topics/issues so as to improve them where needed.
