The pants began to come apart on the left knee only after two months. I didn't do anything strenuous in these pants, besides my morning physical therapy and stretches. I contacted the company, since they have a one year warranty, and based on there warranty they will cover the pants, but they will not cover shipping charges. I think it's ridiculous to pay $60 plus tax for this item and then the company will not pay for the shipping to replace the defect in the product, which was not caused by me. I would understand if I had caused the rip in the pants, but this was clearly a defect in the product/material that I have no control over.
