Review on Logitech M310 Wireless Compact Mouse, Dark Gray by Felicja Maciejewska ᠌

The product is not good, I will not buy any more.

I've used this mouse for about 4 years, constantly replacing it under warranty, and I can't recommend it enough. It only lasted about a year before the left button stopped working. I moved to ASUS after my final pointless correspondence with Logitech. Two mice with the indicated issue are shown in the attached photo.

Pros
  • The mouse is pretty cozy and uses a small amount of power.
Cons
  • The problem with these mice is failure to click the left key, which occurs when you try to drag a file into a folder and it "flies" in the middle of the path. I changed about 5 of them, and they all had this issue. Why did I utilize them for such an absurdly protracted period of time? I like the mouse and did not mind replacing it every year while still under warranty (read - for free). The penultimate time I exchanged a mouse due to a warranty issue (marriage), the company where I purchased the first mouse and made the exchange was unable to locate the exchange documents (I personally searched the entire house and did not find anything, despite carefully storing all the docks), so I contacted Logitech directly, and they simply sent me a new mouse from Europe. The final mouse experienced the same issue—a click failure—less than a year later. This time when I wrote Logitech, they requested that I produce a video demonstrating the issue, which I duly did. Following the video, they said, "We see that the problem is successfully demonstrated in the video. Nevertheless, the warranty is only valid for the prior (!) mouse, not the most recent one that was sent, and it has already expired." Attempts to point out a direct violation of paragraph 2 of Art. 21 of the Law of the 2022 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (“When replacing a product, the warranty period is calculated anew from the date the product is transferred to the consumer”), Logitech answered me, they say, we have such conditions for providing a guarantee (read - “the law of the 2022 does not care about us, we work according to its own terms). Legally, there is no way to resolve them because, when the last mouse was shipped, there was just a hazy Packing List next to the box, which does not by itself demonstrate that the item was replaced. What else needs to be said? Everything is, in my opinion, quite obvious. If you are a representative of Logitech, please note the application number 2303607. bought for a laptop, it turned out that it is the size of a standard mouse, and not reduced

Different pros: The mouse is like a mouse, works well. Great for laptop. Cons: No deficiencies noted so far
