I bought this to use two 20" 4:3 monitors and two 19" widescreen monitors. I noticed good things: - Better than I expected. There are no plastic parts except for the cable hangers (which are very flexible) and friction pads between the metal parts to keep them from sticking when adjusted. I was concerned that the stand would support the weight of my monitors as I have two old (12 year old) 20" 1600x1200 displays that are pretty hefty but had no problems with them. The adjustable table clamp is very efficient and surprisingly thick. The instructions were very clear. If you can't figure it out, you should probably pay someone else to do it. Actually they were very simple. - The cable management brackets are flexible, which makes routing cables very easy. - Very surprised by the quality and the result. This is the lowest price bracket. I spent an hour comparing it to other, more expensive models since I was willing to shell out $100. In general, the device is very durable. The mounts are solid, the attachment is excellent, and the parts aren't flimsy at all. Built in tool holders with vertical cable management clips was a brilliant idea. Seriously, the ability to keep these 3 Allen keys along with your TV stand means you don't have to hunt for them if you ever need to adjust or tighten the pivot. It was well done. Areas I would like to improve: - The hinges need some tweaking and some of those screws are quite tight. Otherwise it becomes a bit difficult to adjust the position of the monitors - The paint was applied too thickly to the height adjustment screws, so the hex key couldn't go in so well. I worked with it and got through it, but it was worth the attention. - The hex head is too small for the arm adjustment screws. Several times it seemed to me that the screw would break. I highly recommend switching to a torx screw as it allows for better retention of the hex head. There is some dead play (wiggling) when adjusting the position of the monitors due to the design of the height adjustment screw and the simple slots for extendable arms. This makes setting up monitors a little more difficult. A set screw somewhere (screwed into your hand to push the mount to hold it in place) would be a great idea here, and I can do it myself. The thumbscrews were only 2 or 3mm longer on my old 20" monitors. I ended up using washers to spread them apart a bit as the bracket didn't fit snugly into the back of the monitor. They held the two Lenovo -Screws perfect. Bought this and would recommend again. Maybe if VIVO like this review and find it helpful they could ask me to review a TV wall mount for 46" LCD.
