I had a breast reduction. The surgeon told me to buy a zippered compression pad to wear after the surgery. I was nervous because I didn't know what size to buy. I was 36G before and after surgery, I'm not sure about my height but I'm guessing 36D. I bought a size up from the size chart and it fits perfectly. It's difficult to zip up at first, but make sure you stretch it out and try to make it parallel before you zip it up and you won't have a problem if it fits. It also has spacers that you can remove if necessary. Overall very good compression and excellent value for money.
