Review on Ultimate Shatterproof Waterproof Replacement: EMITTING Equivalent+ by Darrin Lucas

A few bulbs were burned out in my street lamps. I tried replacing them with these bulbs, it didn't help. I assumed the outlet had died and when the new bulb died I tried again. It seemed odd that a lot of outlets weren't working, so I plug an existing working lightbulb into a "dead socket" and it works great. These lamps are simply cheap and not functional.
