I bought Scosche and Metra kits for my Subaru. The Scosche was slightly more expensive, but given the price of the car and the cost of the radio I installed, the difference in price between the Scosche and the Metra was negligible. visible part of the front panel. I also got the new head unit a bit sunken, I could trim the kit a bit with a razor blade to get around this (Metra didn't have this problem) but I think it looks better sunken anyway. Wrap the bezel in 3M vinyl to match the car's surrounding trim and it looks so much better than plain black plastic.
