Review on 🧹 Lift-Away DuoClean ZU785 Vacuum with Self-Cleaning Brushroll by Miro Dadee

I liked this vacuum after Dyson's brush roll keeps melting. This shark met all my needs within a year. I liked it so much that I immediately bought a second one for my second home. The brush roll does its job very well and prevents hair from getting wrapped around it. However, my roller slipped after less than a year. The belt slips on the roller and there is a slightly burnt smell. I have tried replacing the strap but there is no way to replace it and Shark does not sell a replacement strap. They want you to buy a brand new vacuum nozzle for $90 plus shipping. I'm so sad! This should be an easy fix, but it isn't. It has a 5 year warranty but that only covers the motor so be careful! Pros: great suction, easy to move furniture, good hairless roller, does a great job on hard floors, second roller does a great job of buffing. . The accessories are great and easy to use as you move around the house. Cons: Looking for a new vacuum cleaner in less than a year. Non-interchangeable roller hinges. Useless guarantee. Bad product design.
