I like that it gives me all of my payroll information in one place so there is no need for multiple files or spreadsheets with various data points throughout different applications! It's also very easy/intuitive once you get started using it (and they have excellent training).

The reporting can be quite detailed if your business needs are complex; however, this means more work up front compared other software companies we've used over th past few years - but worth every second spent setting things out properly at startup stage!! We use an off-the shelf HRIS system called Intuit Time &amp Payroll which allows us access via web browser instead from our mobile devices as well.
