"An attractive nuisance. " It looks like a stool. Don't step on it.
It works for my purpose, but I also see the danger in an item that looks like a step stool to the world but isn't at all sturdy enough to step on. I needed my 3 pound Yorkie to hop on the couch. I had to buy glue for the top to keep it in place when "jumping". If someone comes to my house not knowing how fragile it is, they could grab it to get into the closet and seriously hurt themselves. Too risky.
