This is the smallest stool. It came without screws. Pieces of wood only. I used scissors to show the size. The biggest complaint is the lack of equipment.

My husband, who weighs over 200 pounds, stepped on it to get his hat from the hall closet. His leg went right through him. Not the manufacturer's fault, they said 30 pounds max! I don't think my husband reads.

This is a step stool for a small child. All surfaces were rough and I got the Sprinter to screw in. In order to be usable, it must be ground and polished so that our child does not get splinters on his feet. Both poor production and low cost

This is the cheapest and worst item I've bought in a long time. The pictures are completely wrong. The stool is smaller than described and of very poor quality. The wood is thin, dry with splinters and cracks even before you glue it. It can hold 5 pounds but I would never trust it again. Definitely insecure. Don't waste money.

The stool was the perfect size and looked better in my bathroom than the typical bulky plastic baby stools. However, the second time my 4 year old daughter stood on it (without jumping) to brush her teeth, she broke in two. It weighs less than 40#. Very disappointed as we didn't even have it for 24 hours. Maybe I just have the wrong chair. But less satisfied with the quality.

Maybe I should have read the product description because it said 30lbs max weight. Tbh by the time the kid is old enough to use this stool they are probably at or near the weight limit. However, I don't expect it to be usable for very long or for many purposes. Tbh, one of those cheap plastic stools will last longer. It literally broke in half the first time I sat on it. My advice: Spend the extra $10 on another one made out of wood that can hold more weight...or just go for the cheap plastic…

It works for my purpose, but I also see the danger in an item that looks like a step stool to the world but isn't at all sturdy enough to step on. I needed my 3 pound Yorkie to hop on the couch. I had to buy glue for the top to keep it in place when "jumping". If someone comes to my house not knowing how fragile it is, they could grab it to get into the closet and seriously hurt themselves. Too risky.

Two pieces of bamboo had slight cracks before I started building but this doesn't seem to affect the integrity of the structure. Easy to assemble, I mean it's only 4 screws, except for the head of the screw, the hex key broke off halfway through the first screw. Nbd, I have a multifunction hex wrench handy.
