The support team has been amazing! They have been very attentive via email, phone calls, and live chat to make sure we are happy with our experience. We were able to get all of our product information into one system. It was very time consuming having to go through each drop ship website to manually enter what I needed. In just a few months, it has become much easier to manage and update. Their staff knows their products inside and out and can answer any questions that may arise. This process definitely helped us eliminate some redundancies in our e-commerce management.
