Review on Panam Mexico Unisex Tennis Shoe - Athletic Men's Shoe Collection by Gordie Johnson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I like them but don't believe the ads.

Cons: These shoes are heavy. The soles are thick and weigh significantly more than the Vans I usually wear. I'm a women's size 6.5 and these shoes don't come in half sizes. I ordered 6 and the toes are really pushed in. The insoles are terrible, like cardboard. I took them out immediately and through which of Dr. Schools. Pros: This style is unbeatable. I love it. I ordered pink and I like it too. Despite the small size, heavy soles and terrible insoles, I keep them because they look amazing. Be wary of other reviews that say this shoe is a) lightweight and b) comfortable. They can be made more comfortable by paying more for better insoles, and they're definitely not lightweight. But I definitely like them.

Pros
  • VINTAGE LOOK: Inspired by the athletic shoe trends of the 1960s, these Champion-inspired PANAM tennis shoes remain unchanged to this day. Why mess with perfection? This is a retro yet timeless classic style that perfectly complements current fashion trends. These are shoes that never go out of style.
Cons
  • Infinitely slow
