I think it would have been more beneficial if we could include a couple more features like tracking inventory levels for our retail stores, having more options when creating surveys etc. Also, one user-friendly dashboard rather than multiple dashboards would be great! We were able to improve the overall productivity by engaging with the users using fun activities such as quizzes, games, videos, photos and so forth.
