Works exactly as described. Switches ears easily, although you have to pause the conversation a bit to slide the earhook in and out (no big deal). Light and comfortable. I found the sound perfectly adequate. At first I thought it was a little high pitched, but then I realized I could change that quality on my phone by adding more base. Has a slightly longer connecting cord than most I've used, which I really like. Contrary to some other reviews, I didn't have any issues with the fit or comfort, so I guess it depends on the shape of the ears and face. Ergonomics works well for me; The microphone is the ideal distance from the mouth. There's no option to adjust the stem like other pricier headsets, so you get what you get and take the risk of having it mold to the shape of your ear and head. I guess I'm lucky because it fits perfectly! Very good product, especially for the price.
