Cheap Quality - Returning

I was really looking forward to this headset with the good reviews that it has. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for mine. The mouth piece is a cheap plastic, the head band part isn’t very sturdy so the earphones don’t hug the ear very well. I have to literally push them to my ear to hear anything. The noise cancellation isn’t the best, the other caller said I was staticky. I’ve never returned anything on ebay before but this is going to be my first.
