Keeps Me Up Every Night
I have had trouble sleeping every night that I have used this product for 3 weeks in a row. I took sleeping pills in addition to the pill, which initially put me to sleep, but then kept waking me up. Haven't noticed any help with weight management. I just lost sleep and tossed and turned a lot. I don't recommend at all.
