Review on Bean Products Standard Organic Pillow by Laura Wright

I love supporting my organic products business. Unfortunately, this purchase was not satisfactory. The pillow itself is good although for this price it could have used more kapok filling, the description says it is "overstuffed". If needed, you can buy more kapok from Bean, $19 for the smallest size. In my experience, it squeezes pretty flat. I paid another $6 for the bolster + case (not just the role) and the case for this 4x12 is about four inches taller making it baggy/unkempt. When I contacted Bob about this they said the cover would shrink and fit after washing. It's not, it's still baggy. Buyer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee. I would not buy again. Update after a few months: the cover has never shrunk, even after multiple washes on a warm/hot cycle. I would not advise buying a suitcase here - buy a suitcase elsewhere.
