10/17/20 - Addition after two months, the 3.5mm headphone jack broke in half. It wasn't abuse, it just broke from being removed from the device. This happened over two weeks ago. I have sent several emails to their "Warranty" department asking for a cable replacement but have received no response. Might consider changing the rating if/when they take care of this issue. Skype, Zoom, conferences, audio and video lectures etc. But also light games here and there. The ear cushions are extremely comfortable and the headset is not too tight on the head, allowing it to be worn for well over an hour. The sound quality is clear, with good bass and clear mids and highs. Audiophiles won't be impressed, but at this price point you wouldn't expect it either. The mic sound quality is decent and the mic isn't as easy to turn off, but I don't keep turning it up and down like some gamers do either. As with several other browsers, I couldn't get the 7.1 driver to work properly. a computer running Windows 10. I was able to download it from the company's website, but its features are inconclusive and don't seem to offer much more than a default driver that Windows automatically installs to listen to USB devices. I'm definitely using another equalizer program, so that's not a problem for me. Overall it's a good price for what you get: decent quality and comfortable headphones, a choice of USB or 3.5mm jacks, and a company that seems to stand behind their product. I still give it five stars for that alone.
