I bought this because I had back/shoulder pain that nothing helped. When it arrived I thought it was a toy because the box was very small; It turns out that this thing comes in two parts that you connect and fasten with a screw. It's still quite small when put together, so any muscular person will likely have a hard time using it in the back/shoulder area. It also bends very easily, I'm afraid I'll break it every time I use it. It was as intended and I continue to use it, just wish I had bought something bigger and sturdier.
