Pretty nice thing. The instructions suck, but after looking at the parts that came with it, I was able to easily figure out how to detach the original strap from the headset. A few notes: 1) As you can see from the picture, there may still be some burrs on the headphones. in the jack that mates with the ears of the headset. Inspect these bushings carefully and remove any burrs with a knife or file. Excess material left inside could damage the headset jack or ear if you try to force it on. 2) There may be burrs on the latches as shown in the picture. Removing them can help if you're having trouble putting the pieces together. The round group of four brackets is particularly prone to breakage if not cleaned, but should be fine as long as one of the four breaks (source: I broke one).
