By "base" they mean one level below the base. This is not a stable, reliable product. The assembly is very simple. It consists of three parts. You twist the three pieces together to form a one-piece broom. That's a problem. Why does this broom have to be broken down into tiny mechanical parts? As a result, the broom turned WHILE CLEANING YURA. Therefore, you must constantly roll the broom BACK to continue cleaning (while cleaning). This product is very cheap, not worth ten dollars. I would pay maybe 5€ for that. The skillet is really simple. There are no arguments. The bristles are fine. It's just not a working broom. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere or pay extra for something with real functionality. It doesn't belong in Revain Hell, but it's a product that shouldn't be sold here. Not perfected yet.
