This was a replacement for the expensive one we had previously. So for the price I was happy to try it. (All fresh meat goes in the freezer, fresh blanched veggies, cheese gets sealed. There's still a bag cutter, just no 11" roll holder, but that doesn't matter. It didn't include an extra wineskin or special bags, but we did pulled out our old machine and the tube is the same size as this machine for external canning wine but takes up very little space so you can leave it on the counter or plug it in. I leave a small bag (2"+ above) not too short once the food is added it makes it heavier on the counter so the extra b4 seal on the top allows the pouch to lay flat in the area to seal when the Lid is closed So far it appears to be vacuum sealed and working well.
