Pretty good fit I wear a size 12 regularly and got the size 46 and a nice looking shoe.

It’s a perfect fit with a sock and a little room of course without a sock. Only complaint would be that the shoe buckles like it’s extra material or when your foot is bent on the top not an issue for comfort or sizing just looks odd
