I don't know what considerations the engineers working on the Samsung campaign took into account when they designed the shape and fit, but a lot of users are complaining about this (see at the site). The sound guide, which is short and thick at the base, does not hold well in the ear and provides poor passive noise isolation as a result. In addition, it does not correspond to the anatomy of the ear, it presses in one place, the round shape, which does not allow you to comfortably and securely fix them inside the ear, and it does not provide adequate passive noise isolation. My opinion is that touch controls are inferior to push-button controls, which are, in turn, inferior to dial controls. In comparison to Jabra, the Samsung ecosystem, a quick connection with animation, and the app (the app in Jabra is superior), it is inconvenient to carry around and store in a case. The sound is of high quality, there is bass, and there is treble. In transparency mode, you are able to significantly boost the volume of the sound, They operate independently of one another (the Jabra has the primary speaker on the right, which allows it to sit down more quickly; the left cannot be utilized). I took two separate measurements on separate days; while I didn't have any discomfort right away after taking the measurements, I still can't say that I do.
