Plantar fasciitis must be!
I work 12 hour days in a hospital and have plantar fasciitis. This is my relief at the end of each day! After work I shower and lie down on a heating pad in bed for 30 minutes. At the end of this time I am so relaxed that I can fall asleep and wake up without feeling like my legs are broken the next day. I loved it so much I gave it to two people for Christmas 2020!
