Great customer service so far

I haven't hooked this little guy up to a load, but it's mounted to my DC rails in the off-grid cabin awaiting string lights as a backup in case the inverter craps out. Kohree contacted me directly to follow up on the purchase and ensure that everything was going as planned. They seem to be a seller that really cares about pleasing the customer, and are fast to respond. They treat you like a person, not just a point of sale. Once hooked up, I tested the DC out from my 48V battery bank and it showed 12.4V without a load. Working perfectly so far, just waiting on the string lights.

Pros

Arrived early packaged as to be expected. Easy to instal and is working as it should.
