This thing sweeps away the grunge brush. I don't know how anyone could own a chain drive bike without this thing. As an added bonus, it's compact enough to take with you on trips that require chain maintenance. The only downside is that you have to wear gloves so you can't get dirty with them. You will most likely find smudges on your arm and possibly on your shirt. So dress appropriately. Look at the photo, sorry I didn't take a before photo but believe me the chain was black. Looked like new in 5 minutes.
