I purchased this product in October 2018 for my 6 lb chihuahua. She's got quite a few growths from a little snacking, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was a bit hesitant because there are testimonials from other people claiming their dogs had diarrhea due to the GRAIN ALCOHOL ingredient. I tried a water spike first, gave her a bout of diarrhea followed by constipation for a few days. I thought her body would have to get used to it too. So I stopped for about a week and picked it up again with the tiniest amount of my finger. The same reaction happened. I've been going back and forth with this product for a few months because it works. I was able to scrape off some of the plaque and her bad breath was greatly reduced. But I didn't like how it made her feel bad. My 1 star rating is not for the product but for the customer service I received. I contacted PetzLife about diarrhea. I had no intention of asking for money, just advice to help my dog. Instead of being helpful, the tour guide was very condescending. She just kept repeating that it couldn't be her product and that she had "never heard of these side effects with this product." will discuss this with our veterinarian and nutritionist" and is referring to a pumpkin product they make. Are you kidding? After I was so rude and rude, now do you want me to buy something OTHER from you? No thanks. I'll take my money elsewhere.
