I use it in addition to brushing my teeth

I have both gel and spray. I prefer gel because I can rub it into the dog's gum line with a cotton swab and I feel it works better. I only use one drop of gel because I have very small dogs and it contains alcohol. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. There was a lot of ado about the ingredients (which were clearly printed on the label so I don't know why) but I didn't mind.
