I like that it allows you to see what your competitors are doing in terms of creative placement but also how they're performing with regards to metrics such as engagement rates or impressions per target audience segment.
It's easy enough to use so our team didn't have any issues figuring out its features after just one meeting/demo session! The only thing we found lacking was their customer service - although this may be because we weren't using them at full capacity yet (i.e., not paying customers). Their support staff were very helpful however when trying to figure something out through email rather than calling us directly. We needed an additional way to track which ads performed best within certain segments by channel across multiple platforms including online & television campaigns.
