Heed my warning seriously. This paste will ruin your teeth! Abrasive acts on the enamel surface. What doesn't grow back! Unfortunately, I used almost the entire tube of toothpaste before I realized it was ruining my teeth. Of course they were whiter! Just because he was slowly scraping off my enamel. My teeth are now very sensitive to hot and cold foods and I have noticed that my gums are receding. Brilliant! I can't wait until I'm 35 for dentures. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS toothpaste.
