Nice but design flaw.
I love the look and feel of the tulle. It's pretty soft and the red color is nice. However, be aware that if you have a wide neck, the collar will become tight. The cold shawl is also very long. I could easily slip my hand through it. You may need to adjust it to fit better. In general, it meets my needs.
