I like how it has integrated payroll, time off tracking etc into one platform - this makes life easier when you have to deal in different areas of HR for multiple clients (and companies).
It's not as intuitive or user-friendly compared other software out there but that is more down do lacklustre support from their team rather than any fault within our own system design / implementation process! The best aspect being able use all aspects across both client accounts/companies under 1 roof without having 2 separate platforms installed; which can be costly & difficult if they are running two installations independently already eg Sage Payroll + Xero Accounting System versus another accounting package e.g MYOB where we're using Timekeeping Suite only instead.
