I have changed my rating from one star to three. Thanks to excellent customer service and timely and friendly response. They went above and beyond what I could have expected. But it was difficult to establish it. Not all parts were included. I had to buy or make homemade wire. Until I found out it doesn't just slide into the cracks of your car and glow like the picture shows. Essentially fiber optic claims. Fiber optics have glass tubes. It was just a clear plastic cord. Kind of disappointed. I wish they did it right. I invested a lot of time and extra money before abandoning the project. But it has definitely been fixed and I will be a regular customer.
